Shipping policy

All shipped orders have a $5.50 flat-rate shipping fee. Orders will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2-4 days of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Rooted & Raised Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available at no charge. If you select “Local Pickup – We’ll Contact You” at checkout, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a convenient pickup or meet-up location.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Rooted & Raised Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
